For years, I worked alongside individuals and families navigating trauma, crisis, and generational patterns.
As a leader in the corporate world, I was still trying to heal myself ... resulting in not growing myself.
What I witnessed over and over again was this:
Unhealed experiences don’t stay in the past.
They quietly shape how we lead, decide, and build.
When I stepped into entrepreneurship, I saw the same patterns playing out in my clients businesses (and my own):

That realization changed everything.

When I’m not mentoring, speaking, or creating courses ... I spend my time traveling with my high school sweetheart and husband of over 35 years, playing with my three grandchildren, and enjoying my two children and their spouses — watching them FLOURISH in their own beautiful journeys.
